Cancellation:  For refundable reservations, you may cancel up to 8 days before arrival (low season) or 15 days before (high season) without penalty. After that date, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Payment: To guarantee the reservation, the hotel will request payment of total amount, via bank transfer.

Vouchers: They cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions. Stays must be used by the expiration date mentioned on the voucher.
