Cancellation: Cancellation or rescheduling is possible at no cost up to 8 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation and/or no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.

Payment: To guarantee the reservation, the hotel will request payment of 50% of the reservation amount, via bank transfer or payment by entity and reference. The remaining amount must be paid up to 8 days before the day of arrival by the same method. Cancellation and Reservations

Vouchers: They cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions. Stays must be used by the expiration date mentioned on the voucher.
